Description: we celebrate our two latest exhibitions at the DFC Francisco Carolinum on Cryptovoxels! 🔥 Ulrich Nausner: Color Spaces TeleNFT: Art between Teletext and Blockchain 🔥 Ulrich Nausner: Color Spaces🔥 The artist Ulrich Nausner, who lives in Vienna and Linz, deals in his work with patterns of perception and the meaning of information. At the DFC Francisco Carolinum, the virtual branch of the OÖ Landes-Kultur GmbH on the Cryptovoxels platform, he is showing two large works in the course of the "Color Spaces" exhibition that deal with the tension of colors and color spaces in the transition from analogue to digital space. They deal with complex topics such as the information content of colors, colors as a means of orientation, color norms and color spaces as well as the question of aesthetics and beauty of digital colors. In addition, Nausner refers to art-historical aspects of monochrome painting and color field painting. Internationally renowned artists were offered a platform to engage with technological change. The 15 works created are immortalised in their entirety on the blockchain and were transferred to the collection of the OÖ Landes-Kultur GmbH as a donation by the initiators following the exhibition.
